Dry Aged British Steaks

All our steaks are 28 day extra-matured and then dry aged and displayed in our unique dry aging cabinets.
All our steaks are rubbed with our special secret seasoning before cooking

16oz Rump £19

Not the tenderest cut of beef, but this is more than made up for with flavour
Please note that this steak comes from a cow’s backside, so the muscles have tightened the meat, hence it’s not the tenderest cut of steak

10oz Sirloin £19

Somewhere between the rump and fillet in terms of taste and texture, with

fat mostly along the one side of the steak
10oz Ribeye £19

One of the most popular cuts of beef.
Can be fatty throughout the steak, but this gives the best flavour.

8oz Fillet Mignon £24

A prime tender centre cut fillet steak containing very little or no fat.
20oz Porterhouse £25

So-named because of its T-shaped bone, one side is a piece of sirloin and the
(T-Bone) smaller side a piece of fillet – the best of both worlds!
Please note the sirloin side on a T-bone is tougher than the fillet

(UK) Tomahawk steak is a cut of beef ribeye that has five or more inches
of extra rib bone for presentation purposes. It’s called a “tomahawk”
because the steak with the long bone resembles an axe.
Please note the tomahawk takes 30-40 minutes to cook medium.
